Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Additionally, please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursable.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including custom-made products. If you have any questions regarding your specific item, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return for the product you have and indicate the desired size for exchange. Please note that we do not offer free exchanges.

Refunds
